Service Scope: The Electrical Maintenance Plan covers only the inspection, testing, and routine maintenance items listed in the plan description. Any repairs, replacements, or upgrades identified during service will be quoted separately and are not included in the plan price.


Parts & Materials: The cost of replacement parts, equipment, or additional materials is not included unless specifically stated in writing.


Scheduling: Service visits will be scheduled during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3:30 PM) unless otherwise agreed.


Exclusions: The plan does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or issues outside of the electrical system (e.g., appliances, user devices).


Customer Responsibilities: Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to electrical panels, outlets, equipment, and work areas.


Payment Terms: Annual or monthly payments must be made on time to maintain coverage. Monthly payments will be automatically processed on monthly on sign up date.


Non-Transferable: The plan applies only to the property and owner listed on the agreement and may not be transferred or assigned without written consent.


Auto Renewal/Termination: Signups require a 1 year service agreement and will auto renew at the end of policy unless cancelled in written within 30 days of renewal.


Liability: Vishnefski Electrical, Inc. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from electrical failures, interruptions, or delays in service.
